Design Approval

  • Once approved, changes may result in additional charges.
  • Bright Sign LED Board is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Installation & Delivery

  • Installation timelines depend on project size and location.
  • We aim for on-time delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Site access issues
    • Electrical problems at customer location

Customers must ensure proper site readiness before installation.

Warranty & Repairs

  • Warranty terms will be shared during project confirmation.
  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Electrical damage due to improper wiring
    • Natural disasters

Repair services may be chargeable after the warranty period.
